As a Senior Recruitment Consultant at Manpower, you will specialise in temp and perm staffing, within the Manufacturing and Industrial sector. You will play a key role in connecting top talent with growing businesses. You will proactively build and develop relationships with clients, identifying their recruitment needs and delivering tailored talent solutions. By immersing yourself in your chosen industry vertical, you will become a Subject Matter Expert, gaining a deep understanding of your client base, their operations, strategy, company culture, and hiring practices.
