Senior MEP Project Manager

Senior Project Manager – MEP London We are currently recruiting for an experienced Senior Project Manager to join a leading building services delivery team working on large-scale commercial developments in London. The successful candidate will take responsibility for the operational management and delivery of complex MEP packages from pre-construction through to commissioning and handover. This is a client-facing leadership role requiring strong technical understanding, commercial awareness, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders across fast-paced projects. Key Responsibilities: Lead the delivery of major MEP packages on large commercial construction projects Manage programme, procurement, installation, commissioning, and handover activities Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and subcontractor interfaces Monitor project performance across safety, quality, commercial, and programme targets Drive project planning, sequencing, risk management, and contingency planning Ensure compliance with all relevant technical and H&S standards Support financial reporting, forecasting, and commercial management processes Contribute to continuous improvement and lessons learned initiatives Requirements: Proven experience delivering large-scale MEP projects within the commercial construction sector Strong understanding of project delivery, sequencing, and stakeholder coordination Experience managing high-value MEP packages on complex developments Ability to lead project teams and maintain delivery against programme and budget Strong commercial and contractual awareness SMSTS or equivalent health & safety qualification preferred  This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established team delivering high-profile projects across London
