Senior Estimator Building Safety & Cladding Remediation Warrington Flexible Working £65,000 – £70,000 Package A growing specialist contractor within the building safety and cladding remediation sector is looking to appoint an experienced Senior Estimator to support a strong pipeline of works across the UK. This is an excellent opportunity to join a fast-scaling business delivering complex façade, remediation and building safety projects, working closely with senior leadership on key tenders and commercial decisions. The Role: * Lead and deliver tenders across cladding remediation and building safety schemes * Prepare detailed cost plans, pricing submissions and tender returns * Support pricing strategy, risk management and value engineering exercises * Work closely with operational and commercial teams throughout the bid process * Manage multiple tenders within a fast-paced environment What We’re Looking For: * Proven background in construction estimating * Experience within façade, remediation, cladding or building safety projects highly desirable * Strong commercial awareness and attention to detail * Ability to work independently and manage tender deadlines effectively * Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills What’s On Offer: * £65,000 – £70,000 salary * Competitive package * Flexible working arrangements * Strong pipeline of secured work * Long-term career stability within a growing business Location: Warrington office with flexible working available.
