FLT Driver - Day Shift (HU2) Location: HU2 Shift: Monday - Friday (Day Shift) Hours: 06:00am - 1:30pm Pay Rate: £12.71 per hour Industry: Manufacturing / Production About the Role We are currently recruiting a Day Shift FLT Driver to join a busy and well‑established manufacturing site in the HU2 area. This role is ideal for an experienced and reliable FLT driver who is comfortable working in a fast‑paced production environment and supporting daily factory operations. Key Responsibilities Operating FLT Counterbalance trucks to move, load, and unload materials Supplying production lines with raw materials Transporting finished goods to designated storage areas Supporting general warehouse and production activities when required Ensuring stock is handled safely and efficiently at all times Adhering to all site health & safety procedures Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised work area Essential Requirements (Must Have) ✅ Valid FLT Counterbalance licence ✅ Full UK driving licence ✅ Previous experience as an FLT driver ✅ Experience in a production, manufacturing, or warehouse environment ✅ Strong health & safety awareness ✅ Reliable and punctual with good attention to detail Desirable Previous manufacturing or factory experience Team‑player attitude with flexibility to assist other areas of the siteAdecco acts as an employment agency for permanent recruitment and an employment business for the supply of temporary workers.
