Quantity Surveyor - Fit Out

Job Title: Estimator – Fit Out Location: London Salary: Competitive (DOE) + Package Company Overview: We are a well-established and growing fit-out contractor based in London, delivering high-quality commercial interior projects across sectors including office, retail, and hospitality. Due to continued growth, we are looking to appoint an experienced Estimator to join our dynamic team. Role Overview: As an Estimator, you will play a key role in the pre-construction team, responsible for preparing accurate and competitive cost estimates for fit-out projects. You will work closely with clients, designers, and the delivery team to ensure successful project outcomes. Key Responsibilities: * Prepare detailed cost estimates and tender submissions for fit-out projects * Analyse drawings, specifications, and other documentation * Source and negotiate with subcontractors and suppliers * Identify risks, opportunities, and value engineering options * Attend site visits, pre-tender meetings, and client presentations * Collaborate with project managers and commercial teams * Maintain and update cost databases and pricing benchmarks Requirements: * Proven experience as an Estimator within the fit-out/interiors sector * Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and costs * Excellent numerical and analytical skills * Ability to manage multiple tenders under tight deadlines * Strong communication and negotiation skills * Proficiency in estimating software and Microsoft Office * Relevant qualification in Construction, Quantity Surveying, or similar (preferred) What We Offer: * Competitive salary and benefits package * Opportunity to work on high-profile London projects * Career progression within a growing business * Supportive and collaborative team environment How to Apply: Please submit your CV and a brief cover letter outlining your experience and suitability for the role
