Urgent Hiring – P2P Business Partner | East Midlands (Hybrid) We’re looking for an experienced P2P Business Partner on an initial 6-month contract, supporting a high-performing shared service environment. This is a key role acting as the interface between our Procure-to-Pay Shared Service Centre and regional business units, driving performance, strengthening governance, and improving end-to-end P2P processes. Key responsibilities include: • Partnering with Finance, Procurement, and operational stakeholders • Monitoring and improving P2P KPIs and service delivery • Driving process compliance and best practice adoption • Leading continuous improvement and transformation initiatives • Acting as an escalation point for complex P2P issues Essentials: • Has strong end-to-end P2P experience • Has worked within shared services or centralised finance functions • Is confident influencing stakeholders and driving change • Brings a data-driven, problem-solving mindset Location: East Midlands (hybrid working with regional travel) Contract: 6 months (Day rate negotiable) If you’re available immediately or know someone who would be a great fit, please get in touch or share this post.
