Tradewind Recruitment is currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate Mental Health Teaching Assistant to work in a specialist SEMH school in the Corby area. The Role: As a Mental Health Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting students who face a range of emotional and behavioural challenges. You will work closely with teachers, pastoral teams, and external professionals to create a safe, structured, and nurturing environment where students can thrive.
