Maintenance Administrator Wembley, West London 1 Year FTC - £37,000 This is an exciting opportunity for a Maintenance Administrator to join a leading building services maintenance company on one of their exciting contracts in Wembley, West London. This is a one year fixed term contract and you will be working for a privately owned business, this offers the successful Maintenance Administrator a chance to join a thriving business and work within an established team. Please note, you must have experience working as an Administrator within the building maintenance/facilities maintenance sector to be considered for this position. Maintenance Administrator Main Duties: Assist the Account Manager and Contract Management team with contract operations as requested, and support tasks assigned by the Office Manager. Coordinate work schedules. Support financial reporting activities, including Work in Progress (WiP) and aged debt management. Raising Invoices Address and resolve invoice discrepancies highlighted in the Finance blocked invoice reports. Gather information and prepare Monthly reports as needed. Update the quote log and monitor client approval status.
