Job Title: Site Manager (Residential Housing) Location: Teesside Area  Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent About the Role: We are seeking an experienced and motivated Site Manager to oversee residential housing developments across the Teesside region. This is a long-term opportunity for someone looking to grow with a stable and forward-thinking construction business, delivering high-quality housing schemes. Key Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day site operations to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site personnel Maintain high standards of health & safety in line with company and legal requirements Monitor progress against programme and report to senior management Ensure quality control and compliance with specifications and building regulations Liaise with clients, consultants, and stakeholders to maintain strong working relationships Conduct site inspections and resolve any issues promptly Requirements: Proven experience as a Site Manager within residential housing developments Strong knowledge of construction processes, particularly volume or bespoke housing Valid SMSTS, CSCS (Black/Gold Card), and First Aid certification Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills Ability to manage multiple trades and meet deadlines effectively Full UK driving licence
