Office Coordinator


We are currently recruiting for an organised and proactive Plant Co-ordinator / Administrator to join a busy and fast-paced environment. This is a varied role supporting day-to-day operations across the site, working closely with management and wider teams to ensure everything runs smoothly. Key Responsibilities: * Providing administrative support to management and operational teams * Coordinating site activities, meetings, and communications * Managing schedules, bookings, and general organisation tasks * Supporting with documentation, data entry, and general office duties What We’re Looking For: * Previous experience in an administrative or coordination role * Strong organisational skills and attention to detail * Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment * Confident communication skills * Good IT skills (Microsoft Office) Experience within a manufacturing, production, or industrial environment would be beneficial but is not essential
