An established contractor is looking to appoint an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of a £6m façade remediation scheme in Hull. This is a key hire for a technically strong construction professional with a proven track record delivering façade, cladding, remediation or external envelope packages, either as a standalone scheme or as part of a larger main contract. The successful candidate will take responsibility for programme, site delivery, subcontractor management, health & safety, quality control and client liaison from pre-construction through to completion. Key Responsibilities * Lead the safe and successful delivery of a £6m façade remediation project in Hull * Manage day-to-day site operations from mobilisation to handover * Coordinate subcontractors, labour and materials across all façade and remediation works * Drive programme performance and ensure works are delivered on time and to budget * Oversee health & safety, RAMS, compliance and site standards * Manage quality assurance, inspections, ITPs and technical compliance * Chair progress meetings and maintain clear communication with client, consultants and supply chain * Monitor cost performance, variations and project reporting alongside commercial teams * Identify and mitigate delivery risks, programme delays and technical issues * Ensure smooth project close-out including QA file, O&M manuals and handover documentation Ideal Background * Proven experience as a Project Manager delivering façade, cladding, remediation or external envelope packages * Experience delivering façade works as either a standalone package or as part of a larger construction project * Strong technical understanding of façade systems, cladding, fire remediation and building envelope packages * Experience managing live construction projects with package values of £5m+ * Strong understanding of programme management, sequencing and subcontractor coordination * Commercial awareness with experience managing change, variations and reporting * Confident managing clients, consultants and internal stakeholders * Strong QA and compliance mindset with attention to technical detail * Experience on remediation, occupied buildings or fire compliance projects highly desirable Required Qualifications * SMSTS * CSCS Black Card * First Aid * Strong working knowledge of CDM, QA processes and construction health & safety Ideal Candidate This role suits a hands-on, delivery-focused Project Manager who is confident taking ownership of a technically challenging façade package and driving it through to successful completion.
