Senior Quality Engineer Permanent Position ASAP Start Derby Senior Quality Engineer Job Description: Act as the main point of contact for customers on all quality-related issues, ensuring timely resolution and strong working relationships Maintain and develop a “Quality Walk the Floor” routine to drive product quality, monitor performance, and support operational targets Ensure the Quality Management System complies with AS9100, NADCAP, and customer-specific requirements through audits and continuous improvement Lead root cause analysis and continuous improvement activities to reduce non-conformance and support a zero-defect culture Support New Product Introduction (NPI) and ensure quality standards are embedded from initial production stagesSenior Quality Engineer Essential Experience/Skills/Qualifications: Proven experience working as a Quality Engineer within an aerospace manufacturing environment Strong knowledge of aerospace quality standards including AS9100 and NADCAP Experience in a customer-facing quality role, managing and resolving quality concernsPlease apply below if this role is of interest
