Our client based in North Tyneside are looking for an experienced Joiner to join their team for a short-term contract. Job Specification: * Work across all areas of repairs and maintenance * Providing support to our tenants and residents * Complete responsive and scheduled maintenance jobs * Diagnose faults and determine appropriate repair solutions * Ensure work is completed in line with health and safety standards * Maintain a clean, safe, and respectful working environment in tenants’ homes Personal Specification: * Full UK Driving Licence * CSCS card * NVQ Joinery Level 2 and 3 or equivalent * Ability to work independently and manage a varied workload * High standard of workmanship and attention to detail * Good communication skills, both verbal and written * Reliable, punctual and professional at all times
