Key Responsibilities: * Ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget * Managing and coordinating project related emails, calendars and communications * Tracking project budgets and expenses. * Assisting with identifying project risks and support with the development. * Assisting the project management team in day-to-day administrative tasks * Filing project documentation including contracts, project plans and reports * Coordinate meetings Previous Skills & Experience: * Demonstrable experience withing a similar administrative role, coordinating projects or similar * Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy. * Experience in delivery high quality customer service. * Excellent organisational and time management skills. * High attention to detail.
