Contracts Manager โ Civil Engineering ๐ Perth, Scotland ๐ผ Full-Time | Permanent About the Role We are seeking an experienced and driven Contracts Manager to oversee multiple civil engineering projects across Fife and the surrounding areas. This is a key leadership role, responsible for ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Key Responsibilities * Manage and coordinate multiple civil engineering contracts from inception to completion * Oversee project teams, including Site Managers, Engineers, and subcontractors * Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and quality standards * Monitor project progress, budgets, and resource allocation * Liaise with clients, stakeholders, and local authorities * Identify and manage risks, resolving issues proactively * Prepare and present project reports to senior management Requirements * Proven experience as a Contracts Manager within civil engineering or infrastructure * Strong knowledge of NEC contracts (or similar) * Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills * Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously * Degree or HNC/HND in Civil Engineering or related discipline * SMSTS and CSCS certification preferred * Full UK driving licence What We Offer * Competitive salary (DOE) * Company car or car allowance * Pension scheme * Career progression opportunities * Supportive and collaborative working environment How to Apply If youโre a motivated professional looking to take the next step in your career, weโd love to hear from you.
