Accounts Assistant - Langley, Slough Location: Office-based (Monday-Friday, 9:00am-5:00pm) We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Accounts Assistant to join our team in Langley, Slough. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a solid background in accounts or finance support who is looking to contribute to a fast-paced and professional environment. Key Responsibilities Processing invoices and managing order workflows Supporting day-to-day accounting operations Following up on outstanding documents and payments Maintaining accurate financial records and data Assisting with general administrative tasks as required Requirements Previous experience in an accounts, finance, or administrative support role Essential: Proven experience using SAGE 200 Strong working knowledge of invoicing and order processing Excellent attention to detail with a high level of accuracy Confident using spreadsheets and accounting/business systems Strong communication skills, particularly when liaising about outstanding items Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise workload effectively Professional, reliable, and able to handle confidential information appropriatelyIf you're organised, proactive, and confident working with financial data, we'd love to hear from you.
