Job Description: We are currently recruiting for an experienced Registered Manager to lead a children’s residential home in the Stockport area. This is an excellent opportunity for a confident leader to take full responsibility for a service supporting young people with emotional and behavioural needs. You will play a key role in developing a stable team, maintaining high standards of care, and creating a positive home environment for both staff and young people. Key Responsibilities: * Full day-to-day management of a children’s residential home * Leading, developing and supporting staff teams * Ensuring high standards of safeguarding and care * Managing compliance and regulatory requirements * Overseeing care planning and outcomes for young people * Creating a stable and well-structured environment Requirements: * Experience as a Registered Manager or strong Deputy Manager ready to step up * Level 5 Diploma (or working towards) * Experience within children’s residential care * Strong knowledge of safeguarding and regulations * Proven leadership and team management skills * Full UK driving licence What’s on offer: * Competitive salary (DOE) * Supportive senior leadership team * Opportunity to shape and develop a service * Ongoing training and development * Career progression opportunities
