Job Description: We are currently recruiting for an experienced Registered Manager to lead a children’s residential home supporting young people with emotional and behavioural difficulties (EBD). This is an excellent opportunity for a confident and motivated leader to take full ownership of a service and play a key role in developing a stable, high-performing team and positive home environment. Key Responsibilities: * Full day-to-day management of a children’s residential home * Ensuring high standards of safeguarding, care and compliance * Leading, developing and supporting staff teams * Managing Ofsted/CIW readiness, audits and inspections * Driving positive outcomes for children and young people * Creating a stable and structured environment Requirements: * Previous experience as a Registered Manager OR strong Deputy Manager ready to step up * Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management (or working towards) * Experience within children’s residential care (EBD / trauma / SEMH) * Strong knowledge of safeguarding and regulatory frameworks * Proven leadership and team development experience * Full UK driving licence What’s on offer: * Salary up to £55,000 * Bonus scheme * Strong leadership and operational support * Opportunity to shape and develop a service * Career progression within a growing provider Location: North Wales / South Wales (multiple opportunities available)
