Business Analyst (Lean Six Sigma)

LEAN SIX SIGMA BUSINESS ANALYST/ 6 months / London (Hybrid) / £450-£500pd (Inside IR35)    We’re seeking a Senior Business Analyst with strong process improvement experience to support a Financial Services programme.   This will be a 6 month initial contract, requiring you to go onsite in London 2 days per week. This has been determined inside IR35.   Key focus: Identify pain points, risks, and inefficiencies across end‑to‑end processes Map and document processes across multiple teams Apply Lean / Six Sigma to design and co‑create future‑state processes Streamline workflows, improve controls, and support regulatory compliance Define scalable operating models, data management, and early improvements Produce clear analysis, recommendations, and delivery roadmaps  Requirements (mandatory): Senior BA experience in Financial Services Proven process improvement delivery Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt  If of interest, please apply to this advert with your latest CV and I will be in touch to discuss.   Best, Connor
