class 1 driver

Class 1 Personnel are currently recruiting Class 1 Driver for one of the largest Logistics company based at Slough SL3 0BB. We are looking for weekend drivers who can work on the following days. Friday, Saturday and Sunday Class 1 Driver role mainly consists of delivering good directly from the airport to warehouse, Depot to Depot or depot to households in the safest way following all Health and Safety guidelines. Logistics Distribution and supply chain. You Must Have: UK Class 1 (CE) Licence + CPC & Tacho card Minimum of 5 years verifiable work history - HMRC/PTA Clean UK criminal record (check required) or Police clearance certificate if required Proof of right to work & National Insurance FlexibleKey Responsibilities: Safely operate Class 1 vehicles between UK depots Load/unload mail and parcels as needed Follow pre-planned trunking routes Complete daily vehicle checks and maintain logs Ensure all safety and compliance procedures are followedSalary: Pay Rate: £20.07p/h (Flat rate) Saturday Rate: £21.07p/h Sunday Rate: £22.07p/hShifts: FS2 Friday 19:00 04:00 8 hours Saturday 22:00 07:00 8 hours Sunday 22:00 07:00 8 hours Rota-based - must be flexible with days/timings Candidates will need to complete an assessment (theory + practical).
