Due to a live industrial project in Surrey, they are seeking an experienced Site Manager to take full responsibility for running the site and ensuring successful delivery. This is an excellent opportunity to join a contractor with a strong pipeline of work and a proven track record in the sector. As Site Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all on-site operations, ensuring the project is delivered safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards. You will play a key role in coordinating trades, managing subcontractors, and maintaining strong communication with all stakeholders. Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Oversee and manage day-to-day site operations on an industrial project Coordinate subcontractors, trades, and site personnel Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards Monitor progress against programme and ensure timely delivery Maintain quality control and ensure works are completed to specification Identify and resolve any issues or delays on site Report regularly to senior management and liaise with clients and consultants Drive productivity and maintain high standards across the site The ideal candidate will have/be: Proven experience as a Site Manager on industrial or warehouse projects Strong background in new builds, extensions, or refurbishments Excellent leadership and organisational skills Ability to manage programmes and drive progress on site Strong understanding of health & safety regulations Valid SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certifications A proactive and solutions-focused approach How to apply: Please send an up-to-date CV in strict confidence.
