Senior Site Manager – Swansea (Permanent) Pro Staff Construction Ltd are currently working with a Main Contractor who is looking to appoint an experienced Senior Site Manager to oversee a new build apartment scheme in Swansea. This is a fantastic opportunity to take full control of a live project and drive it through to successful completion. The Role: Managing day-to-day site operations Overseeing subcontractors and ensuring programme delivery Maintaining high health & safety standards on site Driving quality and ensuring works meet specification Reporting into senior management and liaising with key stakeholders Requirements: Proven experience as a Senior Site Manager on residential / apartment schemes Strong leadership and organisational skills SMSTS, CSCS & First Aid Ability to manage programmes and deliver projects on time and within budget Salary & Package: £60,000 + Car Allowance If you’re available and interested, please apply now or contact Pro Staff Construction Ltd for more information
