Description As a Contract Manager you will: Manage and oversee contractual management of high value customer contracts ensuring high levels of customer service, whilst maintaining and improving commercial performance Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements are met Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders Negotiate contract terms and conditions to achieve mutually beneficial agreements. Take responsibility for industrial relations getting involved with pay negotiations and build engagement to support the contractsProfile A successful Contract Manager should have: Strong knowledge of contract management principles and practices within the logistics sector Experience in managing complex, high value contracts A proven track record of building and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders. Excellent negotiation and communication skills. Ideally used to successfully operating within highly unionised environmentsJob Offer Competitive salary ranging from £80,000 to £90,000 per annum.
