Senior Quantity Surveyor

A leading Tier 1 main contractor is looking for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their London & Home Counties division. What You’ll Be Doing * Lead commercial management across multiple projects * Produce accurate cost reports, forecasts and commercial advice * Manage your own projects independently * Oversee procurement, subcontractor management and change control * Support 2-stage tenders and framework schemes * Work closely with project teams to ensure commercial targets are met * Build strong relationships with clients, consultants and internal teams What We’re Looking For * Tier 1 main contractor experience (essential) * DfE project experience on schemes £20m–£70m (essential) * Strong background managing your own projects * Experience with 2-stage procurement * Good understanding of construction methods and sequencing * HNC/Degree in Quantity Surveying or Commercial Management * RICS membership (or working towards) is beneficial * Strong communication and negotiation skills What’s on Offer * £85,000–£95,000 salary * Car or car allowance * 25 days holiday + bank holidays * Enhanced pension * Private medical cover * Additional employee benefits * Clear progression opportunities If you’re an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor with Tier 1 and DfE experience looking for your next step, this is a fantastic opportunity to join a successful and supportive team
