Due to continued growth, we are looking for a skilled and creative CAD Technician to join our sociable, office-based team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, takes pride in producing high-quality drawings, and wants clear, bespoke progression routes within a supportive and expanding organisation. The Role Producing high-quality 2D CAD drawings for construction plans Carrying out detailed 2D analysis, polished line work and swept path (swept plans) analysis Creating clear, client-ready plans to support live projects Producing 3D models where possible to help visualise strategies for clients (desirable, not essential) Working closely with project teams to meet tight deadlines across multiple commercial projects About You Minimum of 3 years’ experience producing 2D CAD drawings (essential) Experience within commercial construction projects Confident producing clean, accurate and well-presented drawings Able to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment Creative, hardworking and detail-driven, with a professional and positive attitude What’s on Offer Salary up to £70,000 depending on experience Full benefits package plus performance-related bonuses Bespoke progression routes tailored to your strengths and career goals A sociable, collaborative office environment The chance to be part of a growing organisation with exciting long-term opportunities If you’re a motivated individual looking to take the next step in your career within a dynamic and expanding business, we’d love to hear from you
