Business Development Executive – Recruitment (South West - Hybrid Working) My client is a well-established, multi-national recruitment agency with a strong presence across Europe, and they are now looking to expand their sales function in the South West with the addition of a driven Business Development Executive. The Role This is a pure business development position focused on winning new clients. You will be responsible for identifying, approaching, and securing new business opportunities across a large and largely untapped territory. Unlike traditional 360 recruitment roles, you will not be responsible for filling vacancies — instead, you will hand over all secured business to an experienced delivery team, allowing you to focus solely on what you do best: generating new revenue.
