SEND Teaching Assistant (Unqualified) Fulwood | £109 per day | Term Time Only | 8:30am - 3:30pm Are you from a care or support work background and ready to take your skills into a rewarding role in education? We are looking for a compassionate and dependable SEND Teaching Assistant to support pupils with additional needs across schools in and around the Fulwood area. This role is particularly suited to individuals with hands-on experience in care settings who are confident providing personal care and supporting complex needs. Key Responsibilities Provide 1:1 and small group support for pupils with SEND Support students with complex needs within the classroom environment Assist with personal care where required Promote independence, engagement, and positive behaviour Work collaboratively with teaching staff to support learning and developmentRole Details Monday to Friday 8:30am - 3:30pm Term time only £109 per dayAbout You Experience in care work, support work, or a similar setting Personal experience supporting individuals with additional needs (desirable) Comfortable providing personal care Patient, resilient, and adaptable Passionate about making a meaningful difference in children's livesThis is an excellent opportunity for those looking to transition from care into education or to gain valuable experience within a supportive school environment
