Senior Site Manager – Industrial Project (£5m) | Rugby | Start 11th May Buildforce are recruiting on behalf of a leading industrial contractor for an experienced Senior Site Manager to take full responsibility for a £5m project based in Rugby. This is a key role where you will act as the No.1 on site, overseeing the project from cradle to grave. The Role: * Full site responsibility from mobilisation through to handover * Managing all site operations, subcontractors, and programme delivery * Ensuring health & safety compliance and quality standards are met * Liaising with clients, consultants, and internal teams * Driving the project to completion on time and within budget Requirements: * Proven experience delivering industrial projects as a No.1 Site Manager * Strong leadership and organisational skills * Excellent knowledge of H&S and site processes * SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid essential Project Details: * £5m industrial scheme * Location: Rugby * Start date: 11th May If you’re a driven Senior Site Manager looking to take ownership of a project from start to finish, we want to hear from you.
