Deliver Excellence Are you an experienced operational or General Manager with a passion for driving performance and service quality across building services and maintenance operations? We’re looking for a dynamic skilled leader to take charge of a multi million pound substantial contract delivering planned, reactive, and technical maintenance across a diverse property portfolio. The Role You’ll play a pivotal role in leading and developing the customer relationship. You will be the lead on negotiations, delivering service excellence across a multi-disciplinary team of engineers, reairs and trades people, and supervisors. You’ll be accountable for ensuring operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and commercial success. You will also oversee compliance, health and safety and P&L. You’ll have autonomy to shape how we deliver — introducing best practice, improving systems and processes, and ensuring that our people and clients experience first-class service. Key Responsibilities • Lead and motivate operational teams delivering building services, repairs, and maintenance projects across multiple sites. • Build strong client relationships — acting as the main point of contact to ensure exceptional service delivery. • Drive financial, profit and operational performance, including budget management, cost control, and margin improvement. • Champion health, safety, and compliance across all operations. • Identify opportunities for growth and supporting continuous improvement initiatives. • Work closely with senior leadership to develop long-term business strategies and customer partnerships. About You • Proven experience in a management or senior operations role within building services, FM, or repairs and maintenance. • Strong leadership skills, able to engage, develop, and inspire teams to achieve great results. • Commercially astute, with a clear understanding of budgets, contracts, and profitability. • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, both with clients and internal teams. • A problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
