What You’ll Be Doing Drive Key Account Growth: Own and accelerate growth across national retail accounts, delivering impactful Joint Business Plans (JBPs) Win New Business: Identify, pitch, and secure new retail listings Drive Launch Excellence: Lead product launches across in-store and online channels Shopper Marketing: Create and execute strategies to boost visibility and engagement Manage Trade Spend: Optimise investment to maximise ROI Make Data-Driven Decisions: Use insight and performance data to drive results Help Shape the Business: Contribute to ways of working, culture, and team development Challenge the Category: Bring fresh thinking to disrupt a well-established FMCG category Who You Are & What You’ll Get We’re looking for a hands-on, commercially driven account manager who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
