Whether you’ve worked in passive fire or come from construction or M&E estimating, this is a chance to step into a role with real long-term demand and progression.  Package Salary circa £35,000 DOE 22 days annual leave, rising to 30 with service + BH Enhanced Pension Flexi-holiday Long service awards The Role You’ll be responsible for pricing and winning work across: Fire Doors Fire Dampers Fire Stopping Smoke ControlKey Responsibilities Prepare accurate, competitive estimates and tenders Review drawings, site reports, and specifications Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors for pricing Support bid submissions and client proposals Work closely with operations for project handoverWhat We’re Looking For Estimating experience (construction, M&E, or passive fire) Strong commercial awareness and attention to detail Ability to manage multiple tenders and deadlines Good communication skillsPassive fire experience is ideal—but not essential.
