BMS Service Contract Manager

BMS Service Contract Manager Alecto Recruitment is currently working closely with a well‑established and growing BMS specialist who is recruiting for a Service Contract Manager to take full ownership of their service division in London. This is a key leadership role with responsibility across: BMS servicing, remedials and reactive call‑outs Managing and supporting on‑site engineers Coordinating scheduling and resource planning Maintaining and renewing existing service contracts Developing new business from existing clients and introducing new customers Full P&L responsibility across the service function What makes this role stand out is who it's suited to. You could already be operating in a Service / Contracts Management role within the Building management systems (BMS) sector. Or you may be a senior BMS engineer managing a small team, ready to step into a more commercial, business‑focused leadership position You will need to have a good technical understanding within the building management systems (BMS) sector from an engineering background Ideally have managed a team Experience commercially would be an advantage to include profit and loss (p&l) accountability Overview The business is open‑minded and supportive, offering guidance for someone earlier in their management journey - the key requirement is attitude, ambition, and a desire to make a genuine impact.
