Project Manager - Commercial Fit‑Out £1m-£15m Projects | Central London & Home Counties An established and highly regarded commercial fit‑out contractor is looking to appoint an experienced Project Manager to join its main delivery division. This is a delivery‑focused role working on well‑run commercial office fit‑out and refurbishment projects, typically £1m-£10m, with larger schemes delivered up to £15m. The Role You'll take full ownership of projects from pre‑construction through to completion, handover and aftercare, acting as the main point of contact for clients, consultants and site teams. This is a hands‑on Project Manager position, suited to someone comfortable running projects end‑to‑end within a professional, well‑resourced main contractor environment. Key Responsibilities Full lifecycle project delivery from pre‑con through to handover Acting as the primary client interface Managing programme, quality, logistics and health & safety Leading subcontractor coordination and site teams Managing design development and buildability Chairing client and progress meetings Working closely with commercial teams on cost control and variations Managing snagging, commissioning and close‑out (O&Ms) Ideal Background Proven experience as a Project Manager for a fit‑out / refurbishment main contractor Strong delivery record on commercial Cat A & Cat B office projects Experience managing projects in the £1m-£10m+ range Confident communicator with strong stakeholder management skills Organised, commercially aware and delivery‑focused What's On Offer Consistent pipeline of high‑quality commercial work Properly structured delivery teams and realistic programmes Competitive salary and package Long‑term stability and genuine career progression Eden Brown is committed to equality in the workplace and is an equal opportunity employer
