Service Manager – Beith Salary: £39,000 About the Role Voyage Care is looking for an experienced and motivated Service Manager to lead a well-established residential service in Beith, supporting up to seven individuals with a range of complex needs. What You’ll Be Doing As Service Manager, you will have full responsibility for the day-to-day running of the service, ensuring high standards of care and positive outcomes. You will lead from the front, providing stability, direction, and support to your team. Your responsibilities will include: Leading, motivating, and developing the staff team Providing clear direction and consistent management oversight Driving high-quality, person-centred support Supporting and developing team capability, particularly in more complex situations Building and maintaining relationships with families and professionals Ensuring compliance with Care Inspectorate standards Managing service performance, quality, and budgets Identifying and implementing improvements to further develop the service Supporting individuals to live active and fulfilling lives within the community About You We are looking for an experienced leader who brings both capability and the right values. You will: Have experience as a Service Manager or in a similar care leadership role Be confident working within regulated services in Scotland Ideally hold (or be working towards) a Level 5 qualification in Health & Social Care Have experience supporting individuals with complex needs, including autism, learning disabilities, and behaviours that may challenge Be confident leading teams, providing structure, and managing day-to-day challenges Be passionate about delivering quality care and improving outcomesMost importantly, you will be ready to take on a fresh challenge, bringing new ideas while strengthening an already stable service and team.
