Overview An established interior refurbishment contractor is seeking an experienced and reliable Contracts Manager to lead project delivery across the North West. Role This is a hands-on position suited to someone with strong construction knowledge and programming experience. You will oversee multiple projects, coordinate teams, and ensure work is completed safely, on time, and to a high standard. Key Responsibilities * Manage multiple refurbishment projects from planning through to completion * Develop and maintain project programmes and schedules * Coordinate subcontractors and internal teams * Measure, plan, and order fitted furniture installations * Monitor site quality and ensure health & safety compliance * Support and guide junior project staff when required Requirements * Strong trade background (ideally joinery) with hands-on experience * Proven project management experience in construction * Proficient in kitchen measuring and planning * Valid SSSTS/SMSTS and CSCS card * Good IT skills (Excel, Microsoft Project or similar) * Full UK driving licence (max 6 points) * Reliable, flexible, and proactive approach What’s on Offer * Salary: £50,000 – £60,000 * Company van and fuel card (business use) * Monday–Friday schedule, no weekends * 23 days holiday + bank holidays + birthday off * Supportive team environment and modern office facilities * Company phone, tablet, and laptop
