About the Client Our Client is one of the UK’s leading providers of perimeter security solutions, specializing in the manufacturing, supply, and installation of high-quality security fencing systems nationwide. Roles/Responsibilities Supervise on-site teams, including direct staff and subcontractors Ensure all installations are completed safely, on time, and to a high standard Support the Contracts Manager in coordinating daily site operations Monitor progress and report on project status, delays, or issues Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and company policies Conduct site inspections and maintain quality control throughout projects Assist with material coordination, deliveries, and site logistics Resolve on-site challenges efficiently to keep projects on trackQualifications Previous experience in a supervisory role within construction or fencing Knowledge of security fencing/gates is highly desirable CSCS card required; SSSTS or SMSTS preferred Strong leadership and team coordination skills Good communication and problem-solving abilities Ability to read and interpret site drawings and plans Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Full UK driving license preferredBenefits Company vehicle or allowance Company pension Competitive salary and benefits package Opportunities for career progression within a growing organization
