Senior Building Surveyor  Hertfordshire £55,000 – £65,000 + comprehensive benefits Conrad Consulting is proud to be partnering with a highly regarded, forward-thinking consultancy in Hertfordshire as they look to appoint a talented Senior Building Surveyor to join their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a surveyor who enjoys a strong project bias, working across a diverse portfolio while developing expertise in technical delivery and client-facing responsibilities. The Role You will be involved in a wide range of professional and project-led building surveying duties, including: Delivering project-focused building surveying services across multiple sectors Preparing detailed specifications and schedules of work Managing projects through all stages, from inception to completion Acting as Contract Administrator on JCT contracts Advising on and navigating Building Regulations and planning applications Providing technical guidance with a strong emphasis on building technology About You Degree qualified in Building Surveying or a related discipline Ideally MCIOB or MRICS qualified Experience in project-led surveying roles within a consultancy environment Strong working knowledge of JCT contracts and contract administration Solid understanding of Building Regulations and planning processes Excellent specification writing and technical detailing skills Proactive, client-focused, and commercially aware What’s on Offer Competitive salary between £55,000 – £65,000 Attractive benefits package Clear progression pathway within a supportive and ambitious team Exposure to a varied and engaging project portfolio
