Operations Manager Rotterdam, Netherdlands €4,000 per month + 8% Holiday Allowance + Pension + Holidays Are you an experienced Operations Manager looking for a hands-on leadership role where you can take full ownership of people management, logistics planning, and day-to-day site operations? This role will see you managing a mixed workforce of permanent and flexible staff, ensuring daily operations run efficiently across logistics, unloading, and disposal activities. You will be responsible for planning transport, coordinating with sales, and delivering accurate operational reporting. You will also take ownership of site activities, supervising pallet unpacking and ensuring safe, efficient working practices at all times. Alongside this, you will manage administrative settlements and hold responsibility for the control and maintenance of machinery and installations. The Role: Manage 10 permanent employees plus 5 to 10 flexible workers Plan logistics and daily transport using a fleet of 3 trucks Arrange and oversee daily transport for disposal Supervise site activities including pallet unpacking Coordinate with sales and complete LMA reportingThe Person Experience in operations or logistics management Proven people management skills Strong planning and organisational ability Comfortable with reporting and administration Practical background overseeing machinery or installations Fluent in Dutch and English Rise Technical Recruitment Ltd acts an employment agency for permanent roles and an employment business for temporary roles.
