What You’ll Do * Teach and assess learners across a range of Automotive programmes, from entry level to Level 3 * Deliver engaging, practical workshop and classroom-based sessions * Support learners in developing technical competence, confidence, and employability skills * Use industry-relevant equipment and real-world examples to bring learning to life * Maintain high standards of health & safety, safeguarding, and learner wellbeing * Track learner progress, assess practical and theoretical work, and provide constructive feedback What You’ll Bring * A relevant Automotive qualification (Level 3 or above) * Strong industry knowledge across vehicle maintenance and repair * Experience working in the automotive industry and/or supporting learners or apprentices * A commitment to inclusive teaching and learner success * A teaching qualification is welcomed — but if you don’t yet have one, we’ll support you to gain it while you work Why Become a Lecturer?
