Executive Assistant * Central Manchester * £45,000 – £50,000 * Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm * Possibility of 2 days from home after probation The Opportunity A rare opportunity to join a high-growth, forward-thinking SME at a pivotal stage in its journey. You will become a trusted partner to the CEO and Directors, playing a key role in enabling their focus on strategic growth. You will take full ownership of executive support, anticipating needs and operating as a true right-hand. Key responsibilities include: * Full management of a complex and ever-changing CEO diary * Coordinating international travel and detailed itineraries across multiple time zones * Preparing for and organising board and senior leadership meetings * Producing high-quality reports, documents, and presentations * Acting as a key liaison between the CEO, Directors, and internal/external stakeholders * Managing confidential and sensitive information with absolute discretion * Bringing structure, organisation, and efficiency to a fast-moving environment About You * Proven experience supporting senior executives within a fast-paced environment (SME experience advantageous) * Professional, and confident in dealing with senior stakeholders * Exceptional organisational skills with strong attention to detail * Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) * Proactive, solutions-focused, and able to operate with autonomy * A natural ability to anticipate needs and add value at senior level If you ARE an experienced EA looking to step into a role with real influence, working alongside ambitious leadership in a growing SME this is an exceptional opportunity.
