Recycling Operatives

IMH Recruitment are currently seeking a reliable and flexible Recycling Operative to join our client’s team working at the Household and Waste Sites across both Market Harborough and Kibworth sites. This is a long-term position (minimum 6 months), ideal for candidates who enjoy working outdoors and providing excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities: * Assisting the public with waste disposal and recycling * Ensuring waste is sorted into correct bins * Managing site traffic and providing clear direction * Maintaining health and safety standards on-site * Working outdoors in all weather conditions Requirements: * UK Driving Licence and access to your own vehicle (essential) * Previous experience in recycling or waste management (preferred) * Must be able to work summer time hours when hours do change from winter hours. * Ability to work on a rota basic – including weekends * Positive, customer-focused attitude. Hours & Pay: * A working pattern of four days on and two days off, including weekends. As working hours vary on certain days.
