SALES MANAGER London £65,000 – £75,000 basic + £40,000 OTE (Year 1) An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Sales Manager to join a well-established, multi-award-winning Managed Service Provider specialising in cybersecurity, data resilience, cloud solutions, and IT services. With over 30 years of success supporting mid-market and enterprise organisations across the UK, this business is entering its next phase of growth and is looking for a commercially driven leader to help shape that journey. This role is ideal for a motivated sales professional with strong MSP experience, a passion for building high-performing teams, and the ability to drive both new business and account growth across a consultative sales environment. The business works with leading technology partners including Microsoft, Cisco, Dell, Veeam, Palo Alto Networks, and Wasabi, delivering cutting-edge solutions across cyber security, cloud infrastructure, and data protection. What We’re Looking For: Minimum 5 years’ experience within IT / MSP sales Strong background in cybersecurity, cloud, infrastructure, or data protection sales Proven success managing revenue growth and delivering measurable sales outcomes Experience leading and developing high-performing sales teams Willingness to travel nationally as required Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicleKey Responsibilities: Lead the full sales cycle from prospecting through to close Drive growth across both new and existing client accounts Develop and strengthen key vendor and distributor relationships Manage, coach, and mentor the Account Management team Deliver accurate forecasting, pipeline management, and CRM reporting Support go-to-market strategy and collaborate on demand generation initiatives Represent the business at customer meetings, industry events, and trade showsWhat’s On Offer: Private healthcare and additional health benefits Competitive base salary up to £75,000 Realistic OTE of £115,000 in Year 1 and £135,000 in Year 2 25 days annual leave + UK bank holidays Additional paid time off between Christmas and New Year Clear progression path into senior leadership, with potential for CRO-level advancement Ongoing training, professional certifications, and access to industry networking eventsThis is a fantastic opportunity to join a fast-growing technology business with an excellent reputation in the UK market and genuine long-term career progression.
