Senior Engineering Geologist - Aberdeen £40,000 - £50,000 We're looking for a Senior Engineering Geologist to join a well-established ground engineering team in Aberdeen, working across a mix of infrastructure, energy and development projects. This role suits someone who's confident leading site investigations, managing ground risk, and mentoring junior staff, while still being hands-on technically. What you'll be doing: Designing and managing ground investigations Logging soil and rock to a high standard Overseeing site works and subcontractors Interpreting ground conditions and producing factual and interpretive reports Contributing to foundation and geotechnical design Supporting and mentoring junior team members Liaising with clients and project teamsWhat we're looking for: Experience in engineering geology or geotechnical ground investigation Strong logging and reporting skills Comfortable managing sites and dealing with clients Experience in the Scottish ground conditions is a bonus Degree in Geology, Engineering Geology or similarWhat's on offer: Strong pipeline of varied projects Clear progression into leadership Support towards chartership Competitive salary + package
