Primary Teacher - KS1 & KS2

Primary Teacher (KS1 & KS2) Location: DN3 Start Date: September 2026 Contract: Full-time, Full Academic Year (until July 2027) We are currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Primary Teacher to join a welcoming and supportive primary school in the DN3 area from September 2026. This is a full-time position for the full academic year, with the opportunity to transition from an initial agency placement to a fixed-term contract directly with the school after a short period. The Role: • Teaching across Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2 • Occasional support within EYFS where required • Delivering engaging, inclusive lessons that meet the needs of all learners • Maintaining high standards of behaviour and classroom management • Working collaboratively with staff, parents, and the wider school community The School Offers: • A supportive and friendly team environment • Opportunities for professional development • A well-structured and inclusive school setting • Potential for longer-term career progression within the school The Ideal Candidate Will: • Hold QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) • Be adaptable and confident teaching across KS1 and KS2 • Demonstrate strong classroom and behaviour management skills • Be committed to raising standards and supporting pupil progress • Be open to working flexibly across different year groups, including EYFS when needed Applications are welcome from both experienced teachers and Early Career Teachers (ECTs).
