Third in Charge (Room Leader)

About the Role We are recruiting for an experienced Room Leader / Third in Charge to join a warm, welcoming and well-established nursery setting in N22. This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a leadership role within a beautiful, well-resourced environment, working alongside a supportive management team who genuinely value their staff. You’ll play a key role in the day-to-day running of the nursery, supporting the Nursery Manager and Deputy while leading your own room to deliver outstanding care and education.
