Graduate Conference Producer London/Hybrid | £30,000 | Permanent A well-established international events business is looking for a Graduate Conference Producer to join its growing content team, delivering high-level, invitation-only conferences and executive networking events across professional services and technology-led markets. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate (or equivalent) with a strong interest in events, research, and content creation to break into the events industry. You’ll gain hands-on experience producing premium, content-led events for senior decision-makers, with full training and development provided. Role & Responsibilities: Support the production of 3–4 conferences per year from concept through to onsite delivery Conduct market research to identify key industry trends and content opportunities Assist in building engaging event agendas and sourcing industry speakers Help manage speaker outreach, confirmations, and communication Work collaboratively with sales, marketing, and operations teams Support project management of event timelines and deliverables Attend events onsite, with potential for international travelSkills & Experience: Recent graduate (or equivalent) – all degree backgrounds considered Strong interest in events, media, research, or content creation Excellent communication and organisational skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively Confident, proactive, and eager to learn Strong written skills with attention to detail Commercial awareness or curiosity about business and industry trendsPackage: Salary: £30,000 Performance-related bonus Hybrid working (3 days in office / 2 from home) Central London office 25 days annual leave + additional days with service International travel opportunities Ongoing training and career development Health & wellbeing benefits Pension and additional perksGraduate Conference Producer / London, Hybrid / £30,000
