Location: Kettering Start Date: 31/05 Duration: 3 weeks Role Overview We are recruiting an experienced Site Manager to oversee a short retail project within ASDA Kettering. This role involves managing day‑to‑day site operations, ensuring safety, quality, and programme delivery within a live store environment. Key Responsibilities * Manage all on‑site activities and subcontractors * Ensure strict compliance with health & safety procedures * Deliver site inductions, toolbox talks, and daily briefings * Maintain progress reporting and ensure works remain on schedule * Liaise with store management to minimise disruption * Oversee quality control, snagging, and handover requirements Required Qualifications * SMSTS or SSSTS * Asbestos Awareness * CSCS Managers Card or equivalent * Fire Marshal Training * First Aid at Work (3‑day) Experience Required * Proven experience managing retail, fit‑out, or refurbishment projects * Strong communication and organisational skills * Ability to manage live‑environment works safely and efficiently
