Fire Risk Assessor An established and growing fire and security specialist is looking to appoint a Fire Risk Assessor to support a strong pipeline of work across the North East. This is a field-based role suited to a professional Fire Risk Assessor who enjoys autonomy, client interaction, and producing clear, compliant reports. As a Fire Risk Assessor, you will be responsible for delivering Type 1 and Type 3 assessments across a varied portfolio including commercial, industrial, public sector and healthcare environments. The successful Fire Risk Assessor will be confident working independently, engaging directly with clients and providing practical, defensible advice. The Role Carry out Type 1 and Type 3 fire risk assessments across a regional client base Produce clear, compliant reports with prioritised action plans Engage professionally with clients on site, presenting findings and answering queries Work alongside scheduling and commercial teams to support follow-on worksCandidate Profile Level 3 Fire Risk Assessment qualification minimum (Level 4 preferred) Proven experience as a Fire Risk Assessor Strong working knowledge of RRO 2005, PAS 79 and relevant British Standards Clear written English and confident client-facing skills Full UK driving licenceLocation & Travel Field-based across the North East Majority of work within the region, minimal travel outsideSalary & Package £35,000- £40,000 Company van with fuel card (business use) 22 days holiday + bank holidays Pension scheme Mobile, tablet and full PPE provided Ongoing CPD and support with further accreditationThis is a strong opportunity for a Fire Risk Assessor seeking a secure, well-supported role with consistent regional work and genuine long-term prospects.
