The Offer: * Hybrid working * Flexible holidays * Monthly social events * Sustainability perks Role Responsibilities: * Processing supplier invoices and ensuring approval procedures are followed. * Publishing weekly chase reports to all levels of Management * Issuing Purchase orders and ensuring approval procedures are followed. * Reconciling supplier statements to purchase ledger. * Maintain accurate and up to date supplier accounts, ensuring compliance checks are com-plete. * Cashbook postings * Assist staff / suppliers with enquiries relating to invoices. * Credit card requests and full reconciliation * Allocating cash on the sales ledger and reporting on cash to the wider finance team. * Ensuring that bank reconciliations are maintained on a daily basis.
