Lead Dynamics 365 SCM Technical Manager London - 3 days per week on‑site £70,000 - £80,000 + benefits The Role We're looking for a Lead Dynamics 365 SCM Technical Manager to take technical ownership of a large‑scale, business‑critical D365 Supply Chain Management (SCM) platform. This is a senior role with real accountability for platform stability, integrations, releases, and third‑party performance. This role is SCM‑focused only (Finance & Supply Chain / SCM modules). What You'll Do Act as the technical authority for the D365 SCM platform Lead incident, problem, and major escalation management Own technical governance for managed service and delivery partners Oversee releases, upgrades, quality updates, and environment readiness Ensure stability across D365 SCM modules (Inventory, Procurement, Warehousing, Logistics, Planning) Monitor and manage Azure‑based integrations and platform health Ensure compliance with SOX, audit, security, and risk controls Drive continuous improvement and resilience of the SCM platform What We're Looking For Strong hands‑on experience supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 SCM Proven background in SaaS / PaaS platform support Experience leading technical teams and third‑party suppliers Solid understanding of Azure integrations (Logic Apps, Event Grid, etc.) Comfortable operating in high‑availability, enterprise environments Confident communicator with strong stakeholder management skills Why Apply?
